RETURNS

You may return unopened products within 7 days of your delivery date, as long as they are in their original packaging, unused, and you provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. We emphasize that we do not offer a money-back guarantee because the effects of cannabinoid products vary among individuals. Due to safety and compliance regulations, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for products that have been opened or used.

RETURNS PROCESS:

  2. Ship the product back to us and provide our team with a tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse team to process your return and refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for products that have been opened. However, unopened products may be exchanged for a different strain or product of equal value if you contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
